Website Terms of Use
Terms for using the public website, registration forms and general Haulier.AI online services.
Last updated: 9 July 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to the Haulier.AI public website, registration forms, information pages and public-facing digital services. They also apply to general use of Haulier.AI online content unless a separate written agreement applies.
Haulier.AI is operated by Jagelo Haulage Limited trading as Haulier.AI, company number 11946456, registered office Bridge Farm, Woolpit, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP30 9PQ.
2. Separate transport and trading terms
These website terms do not replace or disclose Haulier.AI's private transport, credit account, subcontractor, rate confirmation or e-signing terms. Transport services, credit accounts, contractor onboarding and paid work are governed by separate quotations, order confirmations, signed documents, portal terms and written agreements.
If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed written agreement for transport or subcontracted work, the signed agreement will usually take priority for that work.
3. Website content
Website content is provided for general information and business enquiry purposes. It is not legal, financial, insurance, customs, tax or professional advice. You should not rely on the website alone when making operational, legal or commercial decisions.
4. Registration of interest
Submitting a customer or haulier registration form does not guarantee approval, credit terms, work allocation, job acceptance, contractor approval or account creation. We may carry out checks and may accept, reject, pause or request more information at our discretion.
5. AI-assisted communications
Haulier.AI may use AI and automation to read enquiries, draft responses, classify emails, extract transport details and assist with operational workflows. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be error-free. We may apply validation, audit logs and human review where appropriate.
You must check any information you provide to Haulier.AI and promptly correct inaccurate collection details, delivery details, references, dates, times, contact details, load descriptions or documents.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- misuse the website, portal, forms or email channels;
- submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful or harmful information;
- upload malware or attempt unauthorised access;
- scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the service;
- impersonate another person or company;
- use Haulier.AI to arrange illegal, prohibited or unsafe movements;
- send sensitive personal data unless necessary and requested.
7. Intellectual property
Haulier.AI, the Haulier.AI name, website content, workflows, designs, templates, software, text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to Jagelo Haulage Limited unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify or exploit them without permission, except for normal website viewing and business use with Haulier.AI.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the website and portal available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security issues, third-party outages or events outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Links and third-party services
The website or portal may link to third-party services such as email providers, document signing services, accounting systems, payment services, mapping tools or transport-related systems. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services except where required by law or agreed in writing.
10. Limitation of website liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content, public materials, registration forms or temporary unavailability of the public website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access to the website, portal or forms if we suspect misuse, security risk, inaccurate information, non-payment, fraud, breach of terms or unlawful activity.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where law requires otherwise.
